This small-group nutrition programme combines evidence-based education with individual tailoring to provide you with the tools to optimise your nutrition, fuel your sport and ultimately achieve your goals.

For some athletes, particularly those with more specific fuelling needs, this programme will not be appropriate at the current time. For example, if the initial consultation raises concerns about any disordered eating, eating disorders or REDs (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) (these examples are not exhaustive). In such cases, other options will be discussed with the aim of supporting your overall health and wellbeing as a priority.
