About me

I’m passionate about helping people feel, perform, and live at their best through evidence-based, personalised nutrition. Whether you’re working toward weight-management goals, looking to build healthier habits, or competing at a high level in your sport, my goal is to support you with practical guidance that genuinely fits your life.

Alongside extensive clinical experience within the NHS, I have gained additional accreditation specific to sports and performance nutrition. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from individuals navigating long-term weight management to athletes competing at international level, striving for peak performance.

Sport has always been a big part of who I am —first as a competitive swimmer in my teens, and now as a keen runner and triathlete—which helps me understand both the science and the real-world challenges of training, fuelling, and everyday living. I’m as invested in your goals as I am in my own - supporting you every step with focus and commitment.

My goal is to make nutrition accessible for everyone - what and when you eat shouldn’t be complex, or feel like an added burden. I’ll work with you to give you confidence in your food choices and fueling strategy.

My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and truly individual. The best results come from strategies shaped around you—your goals, your lifestyle, and what feels realistic and sustainable.

Based in Northumberland, North East England. In person consultations available in Ponteland, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

Remote consultations also available serving individuals nationwide or internationally.

  • Performance nutrition aims to fuel your body to function at its best—whether that’s in sport, rehab, daily living, or for long-term health.

For athletes, it focuses on optimising training, improving recovery, and enhancing performance. For everyday life, it’s about creating practical, balanced nutrition habits that support your energy, focus, and overall wellbeing.

At its core, performance nutrition is personalised—it’s about understanding your body, your lifestyle and your goals to create strategies that are effective, sustainable, and enjoyable.

  • With a background in both competitive and recreational sport, I understand first hand the demands of training and the drive to achieve your best.

As a registered dietitian and sports nutritionist, I apply the most up-to-date, evidence-based approaches in development of bespoke nutrition plans centred on your individual needs.

I consider the ‘whole picture’ allowing me to provide nutrition advice which also integrates with your life outside of sport, including family and work responsibilities, social life and travel. This allows for realistic and manageable nutrition plans for optimal results.

Nutrition is fundamental in achieving your athletic potential. I have the experience, knowledge and results-focused mindset to help you optimise your nutrition and achieve your best.

  • From both clinical and sports specific experience, I have extensive experience in supporting individuals with a range of aims and nutritional needs.

I work with a wide range of clients—from those with clinical concerns (i.e. gastrointestinal conditions), those simply looking to build sustainable healthy habits to athletes competing at international level.

I’m passionate about helping you understand the science behind nutrition and turning it into simple, practical strategies. My goal is to give you confidence in your choices, so you can focus on your training, lifestyle, or daily goals without added complexity.
