Alongside my clinical specialist role in the NHS, I bring extensive experience in sports nutrition. Sport has always been central to my life—first as a competitive swimmer in my teens, then as a runner and triathlete.
This blend of professional expertise and personal sporting experience shapes the way I work with every athlete. My approach is science-driven and truly individualised—because the best results come from strategies tailored to you.
