Led by a registered dietitian and accredited sports nutritionist, our focus is on evidence-based, nutrition tailored to your unique needs, ensuring practical strategies that fit lifestyle, training, and personal goals.

This coaching package provides structured, ongoing nutrition support with all meals and fuelling strategies programmed directly to align with training and competition demands. Support is designed to integrate nutrition seamlessly into the training process, and includes continual review and adjustment.
The package includes:
Initial consultation and comprehensive assessment
Fully programmed nutrition plan (can be within TrainingPeaks), aligned to training schedule, lifestyle, and competition calendar
Ongoing review and adjustments
Comprehensive race or competition day nutrition plans
Regular check-ins and ‘round the clock’ support from a sports performance dietitian via Whatsapp/email.
Access to extensive recipe bank including meals, snacks and training nutrition.
£100 for first month (including initial assessment)

Nutrition support and/or education sessions available for teams and clubs seeking to improve performance through effective fuelling strategies during training and competition. Services are tailored to the requirements of the sport, athlete group, competition level, and training schedule - whilst also considering lifestyle and holistic factors.
Support may include:
Team-based nutrition planning to support training, competition, and recovery
Education sessions or workshops for athletes, coaches, and support staff
Sport-specific guidance.
Nutrition education for specific athlete populations (i.e. female youth and masters athletes).
Delivery format, content, and duration are adapted to the needs of the team or organisation. Can be in person or virtual. Resources will also be provided as appropriate to support the session.

We provide comprehensive race and competition day strategies for endurance events, team sports, and competitions. These include event preparation (i.e. taper nutrition, carb-loading), race-day nutrition, hydration and recovery protocols that are individualised to each athlete’s needs.
Logistics will also be extensively considered, for example where athletes are travelling or completing in ultra-endurance of multi-day events.
We suggest enquiring about this with sufficient time to trial your race nutrition plan in training - we can then make adjustments as needed (included in cost).
£50 (includes full pre- and intra-event nutrition plan, recovery plan and any adjustments needed after training practice. Also includes post-race ‘debrief’ and suggestions for future events.

REDs and FHA
(Relative Energy Deficiency Syndrome and Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhoea )
This service provides structured nutrition support for individuals experiencing, or at risk of, Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs). Interventions focus on restoring adequate energy availability and supporting health and performance outcomes. This includes, where appropriate, the restoration of hormone function and regular menstrual cycles. Nutrition strategies will be combined with holistic approaches to also address bone health, stress management and psychosocial influencers that can contribute and perpetuate REDs symptoms.
Support is individualised and may include:
Comprehensive assessment including dietary intake, training, current and past medical history, biochemistry, holistic factors.
Nutrition strategies to support recovery, health (REDs has impact on all body systems) and sport related goals/outcomes (as appropriate).
Education around fuelling requirements and energy balance.
Ongoing monitoring and adjustment aligned with training progression.
Collaboration with coaches and multi-disciplinary input when appropriate (this will be discussed with you in advance).
All support is delivered within an evidence-based framework and tailored to the individual’s medical history, training status, and recovery goals.

Please note, there are some cases in which clinical concerns arise that mean my input at this time is not appropriate or the best course of care for you. These include very low BMI (<17.5kg/m2), recent very significant weight loss or concerns about risk relating to your physical health. In such situations I will discuss recommendations for other professionals or routes of care.
