Race day nutrition strategies
Fuel smart, perform strong.
Bespoke race/competition fuelling plan, specific to you and your event. Available for all sports: endurance, team, strength, hybrid.
· Development of a comprehensive race day (or multi-day) fuelling strategy to maximise your performance.
· Tailored to event specific considerations e.g. climate, terrain, travel, on-course provision, weight limits, transportation.
· Pre-event fuelling (i.e. carb loading) and post-event recovery plans included.
· Pre-race nutrition practice and plan adaptation as needed.
