Dietetic and weight management services

Dietetic consultations offered for nutritional management of a range of clinical conditions/concerns, including:
IBS
Type 2 diabetes
GI conditions and symptoms
Low BMI and weight gain

Services include free enquiry call to establish your needs and the appropriateness of dietetic input.
If proceeding to a consultation, this can be face-to-face or virtual and usually takes 60-90 minutes. This includes:
Anthropometric measurements (height, weight, BMI, body composition if required)
Relevant clinical history
Diet history and analysis of intake
Consideration of lifestyle, social and psychological factors
Dietary counselling and diet/lifestyle recommendations.
A full summary and tailored plan will be sent following consultation.
£80 for initial consultation.

Race day nutrition strategies
Fuel smart, perform strong.
Bespoke race/competition fuelling plan, specific to you and your event. Available for all sports: endurance, team, strength, hybrid.
· Development of a comprehensive race day (or multi-day) fuelling strategy to maximise your performance.
· Tailored to event specific considerations e.g. climate, terrain, travel, on-course provision, weight limits, transportation.
· Pre-event fuelling (i.e. carb loading) and post-event recovery plans included.
· Pre-race nutrition practice and plan adaptation as needed.
